At specific loyalty ranks earn the right to perform missions for faction A/B/C/D: Win X number of games for faction Y. Get LP reward. Win X amt of LP for faction Y. Get LP/Isk reward. Get X kills/hacks/spawns/wins in a day etc get extra LP/Isk....
